The economic hardship, recession, unemployment and the loss of job caused by covid pandemic is enough to push people into financial ventures. I’m taking a trip into investing because I lost so much during this pandemic. Multi creation of wealth is the best strategy to ensure financial sustainability.

I don’t know that I agree with everything he says, but he isn’t too far off. We have been debt free since 2016, That’s the year I retired. One advantage I did have is the fact that I have never paid rent. Purchased my first home in 1975. I was getting married and it made no sense to me to pay rent, so I purchased a home. Not a very big home, but I didn’t need a big one. Just looking for a roof over my head. We purchased a bigger house later on when we started our family. Heading into retirement we purchased a nice travel trailer and a pickup truck to pull it with. Bother were new and we paid cash for both. Coming up on 6 years retired and we are yet to draw any of our retirement savings. Not bad for someone who didn’t go to college.

Some just knows that debt works for them and some doesn’t want to have debt. Plain and simple. The best choice is don’t spend on things first that doesn’t secure your well being.

This was absolutely the best most inspirational and uplifting thing I’ve heard in a while. I am on a plan and working towards all 5 rules.
